About Project: Upgradation of Macquarie University’s web site incorporating the new university brand rolled out to the faculty and department websites. This was as per the changes made to the university’s academic restructure involving consolidation of the 10 academic divisions into 4 faculties; Business and Economics, Arts, Science, Human Science.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
- Liaise with senior technical team to understand project scope and requirements.
- Organise and key in content for new website with necessary XHTML and CSS hand-coding
- Perform through testing and validation of each finished XHTML web page to ensure compliance with the PHP code

- Liaise with Management/Owners to understand requirement and present concepts and design for review.
- Design layout includes sitemap, navigation, icons, buttons and incorporated images
